We're concentrating mostly on weddings and seniors... but we never turn down the opportunity to shoot a beautiful and photogenic kid when scheduling allows! Margie was just that, too. This shoot was way too easy, all because of her. If only every child were this photogenic and well-behaved!

Her mom had a photo of herself as a child she wanted matched, she she could have similar prints of her and her daughter near the same age in the same pose. The first shot is that pose she wanted - a simple, classic shot. Then of course I snapped a few extras because Margie was excited to have her own photo shoot, and she was too cute to pass up getting a couple more!

Holly & I travelled to Harrisburg, IL to cover Alecia & Matt's wedding. We took a road kit and set up a studio shoot in a classroom at the church. Good times! Ryan and I love to shoot fun, different and rock star couples... Which is exactly what we did yesterday with Matt & Alecia... what a great day! They were probably the most awesome couple we've worked with and we got some amazing images because they were so willing to do the "out of the ordinary" shots! Ryan also threw in a bit of video to capture us working and parts of the wedding... images, video & more to come very soon! These are some of my favorite wedding shots to date!

Bella Cattura will be attending the 16th Annual Bridal & Prom Expo in Cape Girardeau! It's the largest expo in the area, and includes all types of vendors from photographers to caterers to florists, etc. We will be offering special promotions and discounts at the show (only at the show!) so be sure to send any brides-to-be in your life our way to check out our booth!
